Efrance Bampikaho serves as HR & Co-Founder / Beyond Nations at Beyond Nations, where she actively contributes to our Christ-centered mission with dedication and care. In this role, she brings not just skills, but her heart, helping us build safe and supportive spaces for children and families in Uganda.

Whether working directly with students at Pleroma Christian School or supporting families through community programs like Mama Arise or Bridge to Thrive, Efrance Bampikaho plays a vital role in restoring dignity and building opportunity.
